A conversation with myself.

Conversations are weird aren’t they?

It’s like we’re both guessing to see if the other person is interested. Are they interested? Are they listening? Do they care? …Do they even want to have this conversation?

Sometimes I just want to get away from everybody, everyone, everything and everywhere. Pull up the drawbridge to my inner domain and declare war on social politics and what is generally considered the norm.

In my world we don’t have to ask each other how work is going or discuss the weather in a feebly idle attempt to pretend that we’re not feeling comfortable in silence together. No. In my world there is a mutual understanding that it’s ok to have a conversation in silence. Why not let the music do the talking?

We don’t need to put on silly faces or ill-fitting masks that hide our most comfortable natures. Let’s just agree that we are both human beings with over active imaginations and a tendency to fuss over what is deemed socially acceptable and alright.

Are you ok with that? I’m ok with that and you should be too. Let’s dance.

  1. Thank you a lot for giving everyone an exceptionally special opportunity to check tips from here. It’s always very awesome and packed with a good time for me and my office colleagues to search your website minimum thrice every week to study the fresh guidance you have got. Of course, I am usually fascinated with the powerful concepts you serve. Certain 4 areas in this post are absolutely the simplest we have all had.
